Maintenance Service Program
A Maintenance Service program serves to guarantee the
reliability and performance of your computer room equipment
and infrastructure. Tralaco provides one year maintenance
agreement for all our sold equipment including UPS,
CRAC, FM200, Electrical power parts and other products.
We provide life-long contracted maintenance service
and free technical consultation for our equipment. And
the comprehensive maintenance program shall include
following.

Preventive Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance inspections include total
systems performed to rigid parameters that meets
or exceeds manufacturer specifications. Following
every preventive maintenance inspection, Tralaco'
engineer will furnish a detailed Field Service Report
that includes the status of your critical facilities
equipment and functional testing result.

7X24 Emergency call service
Tralaco provides 7 days a week, 24 hours per day
of unlimited remedial emergency service for any
equipment that requires immediate action and repairing
to resume the operation whenever office hour and
non-office hour. |

Spare Parts

Tralaco maintains own warehouse facility
to store an extensive parts inventory. This enables us
to respond quickly and efficiently to our customer's needs.
